Order Processing

All order are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We partner with trusted national carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and secure delivery. For higher-value shipments above $300 CAD, signature confirmation may be required to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not from the time of purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Signature on Delivery

Orders over $300 CAD may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to recieve the package, the carrier may leave a delivery notice and the package may be redirected to a local pickup location where valid identification may be required to retrieve the package.

Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance will be available at checkout ($1.49 CAD). In insurance is selected, eligible claims for lost or damaged shipments can be processed within the timeframe outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy. If insurance id declined, the customer assumes responsibility for shipments once they are in transit.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees and re-delivery charges.

Customs, Duties, & U.S Orders

For shipments to the United States, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees may be calculated and collected at checkout where possible. This allows for a smoother delivery experience without unexpected charges upon arrival.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Scent District is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery to unsecured locations

If shipping insurance was selected, we will assist in filing a claim where applicable.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing (for U.S orders)

These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to assist and provide updates where possible.
