Fragrance is subjective. Individual preferences, skin chemistry, and environmental factors may affect how a scent performs. We do not guarantee safisfaction based on scent, longevity, or projection.Â
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
Payments are processed securely through Moneris. We may offer additional payment methods in the future, including Paypal.
5. Pricing & Errors
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to:Â
- Cancel or refuse orders
- Issue refunds for incorrectly processed transactions
6. Shipping Policy
We ship within Canada and the United States.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Customs delays or additional fees for U.S shipments
Signature Requirement
Orders over $300 CAD may require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is missed, the package may be redirected to a local shipping facility for pickup with valid identification.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be offered at checkout. If insurance is declined, the customer assumes responsibility for lost or damaged shipments not covered by the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
Approved returns are subject to:
- Deduction of original shipping costs
- Customer responsibility for return shipping fees
