After placing an order, it’s completely normal to be excited to receive your fragrance, especially when it’s something you’ve been looking forward to adding to your collection.

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that we have received your purchase. Our team will begin processing your order, which includes verifying payment information, preparing the products, securely packaging the shipment, and arranging pick-up with the shipping carrier.

As soon as your order is shipped, a second email will be sent containing your tracking number and shipping confirmation. Be sure to check all email folders if you don’t see this second email in your inbox. This tracking number will be the best way to follow your package as it moves through the carrier network.

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 12-24 hours to appear.
  • Carrier delays may occur during holidays, weekend, or severe weather.
  • Signature delivery may be required for higher value orders.

If your tracking order has not updated in a short period of time, there is no cause for concern. Carriers sometimes move packages between facilities before the next scan is done.
