Customer Support Article

Fragrance packaging can occasionally vary from what customers see online, in reviews, or in older product photos. In most cases, these differences are completely normal and are often the result of manufacturer updates or regional packaging variations.

Brands frequently make adjustments to boxes, bottles, labels, and presentation details over time without changing the scent of the fragrance itself.

Common Package Differences

  • Slight box design changes.
  • Updated logos or fonts.
  • Different bottle engravings or stickers.
  • Cap or sprayer design changes.
  • Minor colour differences between batches.

Manufacturers may update packaging multiple times throughout the lifespan of a perfume products. These can be the result of modernizing the style or look of their boxes that fit current themes or trends. It can also come down to reducing costs/waste by minimizing colour prints or package size to better fit the bottles shape.

Packaging differences are normal, and most of the time occur without any warning from the manufacturers themselves. You should always expect proper branding and markings to be on the product regardless of design changes and consistent batch code placement.
