Why Hasn't my Tracking Updated?

Customer Support Article
It can be frustrating to see little or no movement on a tracking page after your order has been shipped. In most cases, this is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost.
Shipping carriers often process and move packages between facilities before the next tracking scan is completed. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, tracking may take some time to appear depending on the carrier, the time of day, weekday/weekend, or overall shipping volumes.
Common Reasons Tracking may not Update
- The shipping label was created, but the carrier has not completed their first scan.
- The package is in transit between sorting facilities.
- Tracking updates are delayed during weekends or holidays.
- Severe weather or high shipping volume can slow scan updates.
- Some carriers only update tracking during major transit checkpoints.
In many situations, the next update may not appear until the package reaches a larger processing facility or arrives closer to the delivery destination. Before contacting support, wait at least 24-48 hours after tracking email is received. You can also check weather alerts and delays posted by the carrier.
